I think I figured out why this is working so well for me 🤔 It's a visual representation of what's in my head any time I walk through the house anyway. All that noise and seeing what I need to do takes up so much energy.
It's constantly like "well I need to do this before I do that" but then I forget or get distracted and get reminded all over again when I need something 2 days later 😂
I actually did this for Dezzy originally because she has to have tasks given to her 1 at a time and that's exhausting for me. So I put them on the wall and she did her stuff.
The struggle of "out of sight out of mind" with ADHD is real and then add a non stop 7 year old ADHD talker to the mix. The constant interruptions are brain melting 🫠Turns out I also want tasks one at a time 😄
The accomplishment dopamine of piling up the paper and seeing them disappear from around the house is great too. So much better than a list 💯
Would you do this?!
